How do I create an account?

Click here to register as a customer with Zanzûra. When all details are in order, you will be redirected to your personal account.

I forgot my password, what now?

When logging in, click on the 'forgot password' link. Enter your account email address. You will receive an email shortly with instructions to create a new password.

How can I change my data?

Log in via my account, then go to 'my data', there you will find the option 'change data' or 'add data'.

How do I delete my account?

To delete an account, you must log in to My Zanzûra. Here you will find the button 'delete account'.

What are the benefits of an account?

Do all prices on the webshop include VAT?

Yes, all prices on the webshop include VAT.

How do I place an order?

Follow the steps below to place an order.

1. Find the desired item on www.zanzura.com.
2. Select the desired color and size on the product page.
3. Click on the “ADD TO CART” button to add the item to your shopping cart.
4. Then go to the shopping cart by clicking on "VIEW SHOPPING BASKET" at the top right of your screen.
5. Do you have a coupon code? Enter it at the bottom left under the heading of the same name.
6. Click on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button to complete your order.
7. Then go through all the steps in the payment street.
8. As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail and we will start working with your package.

TIP: Create your Zanzûra account immediately when ordering, so that you can view all your data and orders afterwards.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

After payment has been made and the order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation at the specified e-mail address within a few minutes.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

The moment the order is shipped from our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation. The invoice will be sent as a PDF file with shipping confirmation. This invoice is for your own administration.

Can i cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel orders if payment has been made. In this case you can return the items.

Pay

What are the payment options at Zanzûra?

At Zanzûra there are various payment options: credit card (VISA / Mastercard), Paypal, AfterPay, Klarna or IDEAL.

iDEAL

If you have chosen iDEAL, a new payment screen will open. Choose the bank where you bank as the first option. You will then enter the payment environment of your chosen bank. The next steps and requirements (for example whether or not a card reader) differ per bank. Once you have completed all the steps, the amount will be debited from your account immediately.

Credit card

It is possible to pay with Visa and MasterCard. In the last step of your shopping cart you will be redirected to a screen of Ingenico, the organization that handles payment transactions for many online stores. In this screen you enter the requested credit card information. To guarantee a secure transaction, the credit card company asks for additional information in a next step.

Maestro

To pay via Maestro, enter your card details, card number and expiration date. The payment is confirmed with an identifier and a unique transaction code. A balance check is always done.

Klarna

You do not pay any transaction costs for using Klarna. After receiving your order, you will receive a payment overview from Klarna by email. You can now easily pay the order amount by means of a bank transfer or the iDeal payment button in the digital invoice. Klarna gives you 14 days to pay the invoice. You can therefore choose at what time you wish to pay within the payment term.

PayPal

PayPal is a convenient method to complete your order quickly and free of charge. All you need is a valid PayPal account with a linked payment card. Follow the steps in the familiar PayPal environment.

To which countries does Zanzûra ship?

The order will be delivered by PostNL.
It is only possible to deliver an order to a home or work address. You will be informed by PostNL about the time of delivery via email.
In addition, you can this page check time window and location.

Not at home?
Then the package will be offered to the neighbours. or at a PostNL point. You will find a track & trace code in your email and in the PostNL app. With this code you can see where you can pick up your package.
If you do not have a PostNL account or we have not recognized your e-mail address via the sender, the deliverer will still leave a 'not home note'. The note contains a 'not-home code'. With this code you can see on track & trace where you can pick up your package.

In addition to standard shipping with PostNL, we offer express shipping with DHL Express for orders within and outside Europe

What are the shipping costs?

ZANZURA.COM ships worldwide, but does not deliver to PO Boxes.

The rates are determined depending on the selected service (standard delivery by PostNL or EXPRESS delivery), as well as the destination of the items you have chosen. These are also displayed at Check-out.

Standard delivery within the Netherlands and EU (with the exception of */**/***) is free. EXPRESS delivery to EU, other countries */**/*** is €30,-

PLEASE NOTE: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete (delivery) address, we will still charge shipping costs. Don't forget to check that your address is valid and complete.

Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes if my order is shipped outside the EU?
Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply to international shipments outside the EU. These are levied when the package reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you refuse a shipment from ZANZÛRA, you will be responsible for the original purchase and shipping costs, any import charges incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ZANZÛRA.

What is the delivery time?

Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be handed over to PostNL or DHL Express the same day.

If there are no delays at the carrier, your package will be delivered to the address provided within the Netherlands the next day.

How will my order be delivered?

STANDARD delivery by PostNL:
The order will be delivered by PostNL. It is only possible to deliver an order to a home or work address. You will be informed by PostNL about the time of delivery via email. In addition, on the page PostNL Track&Trace check your delivery date, time window and location.

Are you not at home?
Then the package will be offered to the neighbours. Can't your neighbors accept the package either? Then you will receive an email from PostNL that your package can be picked up the next day at the nearest PostNL collection point. The package will then remain here for one week. If you have not collected your package within the specified time, the package will be returned to ZANZÛRA by PostNL.

EXPRESS delivery by DHL Express:
The order will be delivered by DHL Express. It is only possible to deliver an order to a home or work address. You will be informed by DHL Express about the time of delivery via email

Warranty period

You will receive the legal guarantee on all your purchases. There is no fixed period linked to the legal guarantee, as this differs per product. This means that a product must meet what you as a consumer can reasonably expect from the product. If this is not the case, please contact support@zanzura.com.

Return & Refund

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically gets possession.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post or e-mail) that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You are on time if you returns goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

How do I return an item? (The Netherlands)

1. Put the items you want to return back in the box together with the return form.
2. Stick the return label on the top of the box. Make sure no other addresses are visible to avoid confusion with the carrier.
3. Hand in your return shipment in the Netherlands free of charge at the nearest PostNL ServicePoint. Click here to find a PostNL ServicePoint near you.
4. As soon as the return shipment has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your return order has been sent.

How do I return an item? (abroad)

1. Fill in the return form and add it to your return package. Have you not received a return form? Send an email to support@zanzura.com.
2. Write the return address (see below) on your package and drop this return at the nearest post office in your area.
3. As soon as the return shipment has been processed by us, you will receive the purchase amount refunded to the account.
4. Return shipments from abroad are entirely at your own expense. Your return package can be sent via a carrier of your choice.

What is the return period?

Zanzûra applies a reflection period of 14 days. You can cancel and return all items within 14 days of receipt of your order, without giving any reason.
It is very important to add the corresponding return form to the package.
You can return the package by using the return label that came with your order (only applies within the Netherlands).
If you no longer have this, please send an email to support@zanzura.com or contact us via WhatsApp on the telephone number 06 151 531 66.

Make sure you return the products unworn and undamaged. If an item does not meet these requirements, a value reduction of up to 100% can be deducted from your return payment.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanging for another product is unfortunately not possible. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other one to us.

When will the amount be refunded?

After returning your package, you will receive the amount paid by you back on your account as soon as possible (within 14 days at the latest). If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please contact us at support@zanzura.com.

Care & maintenance

How do I care for and maintain my shoes?

1. You need to match your shoe choice to your activity. For example, not every sole is suitable for sports. If you wear the wrong shoes for your activity, they can quickly wear out or change shape.

2. To avoid damage to the shoe lining, please loosen your shoes before putting them on and re-lacing them. Use a shoehorn when putting on shoes without laces.

3. Choose a shoe that fits your foot size well. If you wear shoes that are too small or too big for your feet, the shoes will quickly deform. Check the fit at home after purchase.

4. Always store leather shoes in a breathable dust bag and keep them out of a dusty or wet environment.

5. Dry wet or damp shoes at room temperature, never expose to heat or sunlight for extended periods. This can damage the shape of the shoes, the stitched seams and the color.

6. Avoid washing the shoes by hand or in a washing machine, as this will damage the shoes.

7. The footwear absorbs your sweat, allowing you to use the shoes for a longer period of time. Absorbed sweat will evaporate in about 24 hours.

8. Stains may occur due to excessive foot perspiration and are not a production defect.

9. Polish leather shoes with either the shoe's own color or a neutral polish.

10. The inner and outer lining of the shoes are made of genuine leather and do not contain any chemical additives that can be harmful to health. The color of the leather can transfer to the feet and socks due to perspiration-related reasons. That is why we advise you to choose a sock color that matches the color of the lining.

11. The shape of your foot can lead to tension and wrinkles in the upper front area of ​​the shoe. With every stretch of your foot, these tensions and wrinkles can increase. The use of suitable molds prevents your shoes from being deformed.

12. Do not use any chemicals on the shoes as they may alter the natural look of the leather. Dust, sweat and other environmental factors can also affect shoe color. Use a soft cloth or brush when cleaning dust or mud from the shoe surface.

13. Due to the delicate nature of florentic and patent leather, some creases or wrinkles may be visible on the shoe curves.

14. This is how you clean your shoes Leather is a strong and breathable material. With proper care of the shoes you will enjoy them for a long time. Use a horse hair brush to remove most of the dirt.

For protection, use an impregnation spray, which protects the shoe against dirt and moisture and nourishes the leather. Spray at a distance of 30 centimeters and leave for half an hour. In addition, we advise you to use shoe polish, a colorless one or one in the same color. This keeps the leather extra supple and retains its colour.

Suede and nubuck
To protect suede and nubuck, it is important to use an impregnation spray especially for suede and nubuck. This provides a special layer (membrane) over the shoe, so that no water and dirt can penetrate the shoe.
There is also a color activation in this spray. This keeps the color of your shoes beautiful for a long time.
Apply the 30-30-30 rule; spray every 30 days, at a distance of 30 centimeters and let it soak in for 30 minutes.

Despite the injection, it is possible that some dirt will still get on your shoes. Use a suede/nubuck brush to brush up the dust/dirt and clean the shoe completely. It is important to always move in a fixed direction while brushing, so that the hairs stand up nicely again.

Patent leather
Lacquer shoes are basically made of leather, but are covered with a special coating. This coating consists of several layers such as varnish and lacquer. A combination of these two provides the characteristic shine of patent leather shoes.
It is important to take good care of patent leather, so that you do not get cracks or dullness. Since the coating has a dense structure, the material does not absorb moisture. Patent leather is one of the few materials that does not need to be treated with sprays.

You can use lacquer mousse to maintain the shine. It ensures that the elasticity and gloss of the paint is maintained, which immediately reduces the risk of cracks. Use the mousse with a sponge and then wipe it off with a cloth.

Use shoe trees. By putting these in your shoes after wearing, they are kept under tension, which removes the moisture from your shoe and prevents cracks or creases in the lacquer.
